We clean our bodies everyday but what about our mind, psyche or Spirit? Prayer (or talking to God/Creator/Spirit/Universe) seems to be very powerful way to do that. I believe meditation/contemplation (or receiving/listening “Be still and know that I am God” -Psalm 46:10) should be as important as prayer. They complete each other.
I believe we all have great gifts to be shared with this world! Everyone is unique in their own way and that should be praised.

I find this message from Anthony De Mello about Love really beautiful! It has helped me during more difficult times.

We all have faith in something. I guess without faith it would be quite hard to achieve anything which one could be proud of. I have always felt a strong connection to spiritual dimensions.There are many questions I seek to find answers to through experience and here are a few of them::

-Why am I? What is my spiritual mission? How can I serve Higher Purpose if there is one?
